This Privacy Policy explains how Kadri Games ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the free mobile game Clanker Arena (the "Game").

1. Information collected by the Game

You do not need to create an account to play Clanker Arena. The Game uses analytics to help us understand app events and diagnose crashes. This may collect technical and usage information such as the app version, device and operating-system information, crash logs and diagnostics, event names, timestamps, and information about how features are used.

We use this information to monitor the Game's performance, identify and fix errors, understand which features are used, and improve the Game. Analytics information may be processed on our behalf by third-party analytics and crash-reporting service providers. We do not use this information to identify you by name, and we do not sell it.

2. Information stored on your device

Game progress, settings, earned items, and similar gameplay information may be stored locally on your device. This information is not sent to Kadri Games. You can remove it by clearing the Game's data or uninstalling the Game, although the exact controls depend on your device.

3. In-app purchases

Clanker Arena is free to download and offers optional in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by the store through which you downloaded the Game, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play. Kadri Games does not receive or store your payment card or bank account details.

The app store may independently collect and process information needed to complete a purchase under its own privacy policy. Please review the privacy policy for your app store to understand how it handles that information.

4. Contacting support

If you email us for support, we receive your email address and any information you choose to include, such as your name, device details, screenshots, or purchase receipt. Providing this information is optional. We use it only to respond to your request, investigate the issue, protect our legal rights, or meet a legal obligation.

We do not sell this information. We keep support correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes, then delete it securely.

5. Children's privacy

The Game is not designed to ask children for their name, email address, or other directly identifying information. The technical and usage information described above may be collected when any player uses the Game. A child who needs support should ask a parent or guardian to contact us on their behalf and should not send personal information directly.

6. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, applicable privacy law may give you rights over your personal data, including rights to request access, correction, or deletion, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Analytics data may not be linked to information that allows us to identify you, so we may be unable to associate it with a particular request.
