These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Clanker Arena (the "Game"), a free mobile game provided by Kadri Games ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. If you are under the age at which you can enter into a contract where you live, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms for you. A parent or guardian should supervise a child's use of the Game and any in-app purchases.

2. Licence to use Clanker Arena

Kadri Games gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Game for non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store from which you downloaded it.

3. Free game and in-app purchases

Clanker Arena is free to download and play. It may offer optional in-app purchases of virtual currency, items, upgrades, or other digital content. You do not need to make a purchase to download the Game.

Prices and purchase details are shown before you confirm a transaction. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another store through which the Game is made available. The store's payment, cancellation, and refund rules apply, subject to any consumer rights that cannot legally be limited. You are responsible for purchases made through your store account, including obtaining permission from the account holder where required.

Virtual currency and items are licensed, not sold. They are for use only within Clanker Arena, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another person, and may be changed or discontinued as the Game evolves. If purchased content is not delivered, contact support@kadrigames.com and include the relevant receipt or order ID.

4. Game progress and devices

Clanker Arena does not require a Kadri Games account. Game progress and settings may be stored only on your device. They may be lost if you uninstall the Game, clear its data, reset or lose your device, or move to a different device. Unless the Game expressly provides a backup or restore feature, we cannot guarantee that local progress or consumable purchases can be recovered.

5. Acceptable use

You must not cheat; exploit bugs; use unauthorised software, bots, or modifications; interfere with the Game's operation or security; attempt to gain unauthorised access; reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the Game's source code except where applicable law expressly permits it; use the Game commercially; or use it in a way that infringes another person's rights or breaks the law.

6. Ownership

Clanker Arena and all related software, artwork, audio, characters, text, gameplay content, and branding are owned by or licensed to Kadri Games and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited licence in these Terms, no rights or ownership are transferred to you.

7. Updates and availability

We may update, balance, add to, remove from, suspend, or discontinue all or part of Clanker Arena to fix issues, maintain security, improve the Game, or respond to legal or commercial needs. Updates may be required to continue playing. We do not guarantee that the Game, a feature, or particular virtual content will always be available or error-free.

8. App stores and third-party terms

Your app store is a third party and is not responsible for providing or supporting Clanker Arena except as its own terms require. Your use of the store and its purchase services is governed by the store's terms and privacy policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how Kadri Games handles information relating to the Game.

9. Disclaimer and liability

Clanker Arena is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer rights. Subject to that, Kadri Games is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, or loss of locally stored Game progress.

10. Ending your use

You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your right to use the Game if you materially breach these Terms, or if the Game is discontinued. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination, including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limitations, will remain in effect.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the Game, our practices, or legal requirements change. We will publish the updated Terms here and revise the effective date above. If a change is material, we will provide any additional notice required by law. Your continued use of the Game after updated Terms take effect means you accept them.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also retain the benefit of mandatory protections provided by the laws of the country where you live, and you may be entitled to bring a claim in your local courts.
